Incredible New Magnetic Invention locks an axle with another magnet at a point in space.

Our variation of the classic magnetic levitator. This is accomplished with permanent magnets, no electromagnets.

That would make a frictionless no point of contact free axle which we intend to use for a Mendocino Motor.

Does this New Magnetic Technology defy Earnshaw's Theorem?

Not yet but it may help lead to needing to reinterpret the theorem in the near future.

As Earnshaw's Theorem states, its impossible to levitate a magnet over another.  However its almost certainly possible to levitate a magnet or an array of magnets over another magnet or array or configuration.
